Terms & Conditions

Booking Cancellations

​

  • Cancel or reschedule by phone at least 3 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

  • No refunds after the appointment time has started.

  • Missed, prepaid appointments cannot be rescheduled. A new booking and payment will be required.

 

Gift Vouchers

  • Book your appointment at least one day in advance.

  • LAILA Gift Voucher valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

  • Only two types of vouchers are available: Online Vouchers and Paper Vouchers (available at the shop). Mailed (post) vouchers are no longer offered.

  • Present your email voucher or paper voucher to the receptionist at least 10 minutes before your session begins.

Important Information for Voucher Holders

​

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

  • Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date; no extensions will be granted

  • The purchase receipt cannot be used as a voucher.

  • No health fund rebates are available for Gift Card purchases.

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • You will receive an email Voucher for purchases Online or Paper Voucher available at the shop 

  • Keep your Gift Card secure, as we cannot replace lost or stolen cards.

  • By purchasing or using our Gift Cards, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Public Holiday Surcharge

​

  • A 10% surcharge applies on public holidays, with a maximum charge of $15.

  • Services paid with a gift voucher will also be subject to the 10% surcharge.

Loyalty Stamp Card Discount

​

  • Stamp card discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

​

  • Eligibility: Available to all customers. Present the card at the time of service.

  • Earning Stamps: One stamp for each session of at least 60 minutes. Gift card purchases and promotional services are not eligible.

  • Redeeming Rewards: Collect 9 stamps to get a free 30-minute massage or facial. The free session must be of equal or lesser value. Present the card at redemption.

  • Lost or Damaged Cards: We are not responsible for lost or damaged cards. Replacement cards will not carry over stamps.

  • Validity: No expiration date, but subject to change or cancellation.

  • General: The card remains our property. Misuse may result in forfeiture of stamps and rewards.
