Terms & Conditions

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

 

Customers can cancel or reschedule their bookings at no charge if they notify us by phone at least 3hr before their appointment. Cancellations will receive a full refund.

 

 

No refunds are available after the appointment time has begun. Missed appointments that have already been paid for cannot be rescheduled. You must book and pay for a new appointment. No exceptions.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

To redeem your voucher, you must:

 

  • make your appointment one day in advance.

  • notify the receptionist when you call that you have a voucher and give her the voucher number.

  • present your Mail Voucher or printed Online Voucher** to the receptionist when you arrive.

 

VOUCHER HOLDERS - PLEASE NOTE:

 

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • There are no refunds for vouchers.

  • We no longer offer Online Vouchers, only Mail Vouchers.

  • The receipt for your purchase cannot be used in lieu of the actual voucher.

  • Vouchers are mailed on weekdays. Orders placed after 12pm will be mailed the following weekday. 

  • Mail Vouchers are sent via registered mail with Australia Post. You will be sent an email by us with the tracking number once it has been mailed. Australia Post typically takes at least three business days to deliver orders (even to local addresses). However, we cannot control the exact amount of time it takes.

  • If you still have an old Online Voucher, you must have a printed copy of the Online Voucher** in order to redeem it. Digital copies of it on your phone will not be accepted as proof of purchase.

  • Vouchers cannot be used after their expiry date. No extensions will be given. No exceptions. So please don't let this wonderful gift go to waste!

 

** Online vouchers are no longer available. The email receipt you receive after purchasing a Mail Voucher is not an "Online Voucher". You will receive your Mail Voucher in the mail.

LAILA LOYALTY CARDS

  • Laila Thai Massage no longer issues new loyalty cards.

  • If you already have a loyalty card we reserve the right to honor or refuse that card on a case-by-case basis. While unfortunate, this policy is necessary due to recent attempts by certain customers to take advantage of our generosity with already-established discounts. If you are a regular customer, and we know and trust you, then it's more than likely we will honor your card.

  • For those loyalty cards we honor, your 50% discount is applied to the regular menu price for a 1hr massage only. Not the cash discount price.
